- You can cancel your order for any product within 24 hours of placing it, a cancellation
fees of 5% will be applicable and a balance refund will be initiated within 3-4 working
days pertaining to the order.
- All refunds shall be subject to applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank.
- Please check the dimensions of your entrance/door to your premise before buying, so
that there is no problem in getting the product inside at the time of delivery. In such a
situation, we will not be able to accept return or cancellation requests. Certain items
require no assembling and can be used as it is. For this, please check the item details.
- Cancellation in case of Wrong Product: If the product does not comply with the
specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it by
raising a ticket at the help center
- Photos of the products are comply with color of the product may be vary, because of
the flash of camera, lighting, monitor setting and this will not considered in defective /
damage.
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours
of delivery.
- Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal
wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit
process).
- Return is only applicable if the product is damaged in transit and is not repairable at
site. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process. You can

- The returned product should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same
condition as you received the product alongwith labelled with a serial number
mentioned of the product.
- Please do not return products without speaking to a Interblocco representative.
- Products returned without our knowledge will be returned to the customer, and we will
not be able to process a refund.
- If you have received your product with missing parts, defects or accessories,
immediately notify our Customer Care team. A replacement will be sent over to you as
soon as possible. You will need to inform us of any missing parts / defects within 48
hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement.
