Production time

All orders are processed within 15-20 working days depending upon the quantum of order (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

The order processing times are separate from the shipping time. We deliver the products throughout India using established Local Couriers / transporters depending upon the destination. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the p

We will attempt to deliver the purchased Product to your designated address within the estimated timeline of delivery notified to you. In the event you are not available or present to accept the delivery of the Product, our Logistic Partners will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver the purchased Product(s) to you. If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you continue to remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased Products at our sole discretion and process the return of such Product to us. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us and further delivery will be processed after paying the freight and shipping charges already incurred by us.

In case the product has lost/completely damaged then we will provide you full replacement at the earlies

If the product is damaged/defective during in-transit then the return shipping cost is borne by the seller and you can contact our Customer Care team to initiate the return process either sending an email at XXXXXXXXXX or calling us at +91 XXXXXXXXXX (10 AM – 5:30 PM) during working days.
